How to Prevent Hair Loss

1.The first point is to identify the reason of hair loss. Basically there are numerous reasons of hair fall which includes genetics, age factor, diseases, stress and poor diet. Hair loss can also be of different types like Androgenetic alopecia, Toxic alopecia, Alopecia areata etc.
2.Always take care of your hair. Don’t use the heating procedures on the your hear.  Minimize on dyeing part of your hair. Color you hair after 6 weeks.  Reduce the usage of chemicals, straightener, dryers etc. Let your hair dry naturally rather than using the heat.
3.Wash your hair with mild shampoo regularly. On wet hair use the wide-toothed comb but don’t comb the hair frequently. Use serum to remove the tangles with your fingers. Try to use the protein enhanced shampoos and conditioners.

4.To keep your hair healthy eat the nutritious food. Drink as much water as you can and eat green vegetables. You should also consume lot of fruits. Proteins, Vitamin C, iron are very important for body which you can get from vegetables, fruits, milk products etc.  Avoid eating the raw egg. 
5.Stress is the most important element that is main cause of hair fall. Try to keep your stress under control by sleeping for atleast 8 hours and do exercise regularly.
