clothes that you can wear while exercising. You can purchase the normal clothes
that suits your skin.

3.In order to remain fit and
loose the weight, go for the aerobics exercise. You can also choose among
running, swimming and walking options. The simple thing to do is walking but it
will not benefit you much. Running is also proves to be the good option if you
have god pair of shoes so that it does not affect your joints much. Swimming
works best if you are trained in it.

4.Twice a day you should
exercise for at least 30 minutes each. It’s better if you work out in morning.

5.To prevent injury stretch
your muscles and joints before each session. "Police pat down" posture is the
most effective where body leaned forward with hands on the counter and legs
spread. Do this for 100 times. 6.Do simple exercises to warm up your body. Then
start your aerobic.
