Have you been the victim of the stains on your woolen clothes? Woolen clothes are susceptible to stains. But try some of the following stain removing processes before throwing out your woolen clothes.
1 Removal of chocolate stain: To remove the stains of the chocolate Scoop off chocolate with a knife or spoon. Make a solution with equal proportion of wool detergent and white vinegar, and add it to one litre of warm water. Take a small piece of cloth and soak it in the solution. Use this cloth to blot it on the stains. You can also remove chocolate stains by using mineral turpentine and dry-cleaning fluid.
2. Shoe polish stains: Remove the excess of the polish with spoon. Then remove the stain with white spirit.
3 Removal of gravy/sauce and fruit juice stains: To remove stains caused by gravy, sauces, or fruit juice, simply blot it using dry absorbent cloth, tissues, or colorless paper towels. Then, soak a piece of soft cloth in lukewarm water and apply on the stain.
4. Cigarette burns: To remove the stains of cigarette rub cloth with dry Marseille soap. Let it be there for several hours and then wash.
5. Removal of beer, white wine, ice cream stains: In case of the spillage of beer, white wine, or ice cream, blot it up using tissues, paper towels, or dry absorbent cloths, applying a little pressure. Make a solution with equal proportion of wool detergent and white vinegar, and add it to one litre of warm water. Use only a small amount of solution.
